The shifts with a * before the date and time are the most important to fill for a successful event.

This is a 3-day event:

➡️ Friday – Event Set-Up
Volunteers for the 6pm – 7pm shift will assist in moving bins and bags of clothing/toys/shoes and setting up tables. Physical lifting is required for this first set-up shift.

Volunteers for the 7pm – 9pm shift will unpack bins and sort and fold clothing. There is no physical lifting required for this second set-up shift.

➡️ Saturday & Sunday – Open to Shoppers
Volunteers on these days will help shoppers, continue sorting donations, and refold clothing as needed.

➡️ Sunday – Event Pack-Up
We’ll pack up the event, store clothing in bins, and take down tables.
