Location: back entrance of Sunshine Brewing Co. (121 S Main St, LM)
Setup Crew: 2:00 – 3:00 p.m.
- Assist with rearranging the space and opening boxes to create an assembly line.
- Move through the assembly line to pack boxes with food items.
Pack & Cleanup Crew: 3:00 – 4:00 p.m.
- Help finish packing boxes, as needed.
- Assist with cleaning tasks, including:
- Sweeping the floors.
- Wiping tables.
- Breaking down boxes.
- Moving tables and chairs back to their original positions.
Delivery Drivers: Please arrive between 3:45 – 4:00 p.m.
- Pull your vehicle up next to the back patio in the American Legion Parking Lot and open your trunk or side doors.
- Ensure your vehicle is cleared of personal items in advance to make room for the boxes.
- Volunteers will load the boxes into your car.
- Receive a slip of paper with addresses and delivery instructions.
Delivery Instructions:
- Perform no-contact deliveries by leaving the box at the recipient’s front door.
- Each driver will be assigned 3–6 drop-off locations in Lake Mills.
- Drivers have the option to return to Sunshine Brewing Company after completing their route to take on additional deliveries, if desired.
