Pantries occur every third Monday of the month. Need is self-determined. Fill out the form below to sign up.
If you choose delivery (open to those within the Lake Mills Area School District), your boxes will be delivered to you between 3:45 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. on Monday, December 15.
If you choose pick up, please arrive to the back patio behind Sunshine Brewing Company (121 S. Main St, Lake Mills Wi) between 3:45 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. on Monday, December 15 (our volunteers leave promptly at 4:30 p.m.).
